About the role
- Bachelor's degree in Education; master's degree in Special Education preferred
- Valid Washington State Education Staff Associate certificate with the required Special Education endorsement and qualifications to serve as an O&M instructor
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to complete required criminal background clearance
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- W-2 employment with liability insurance included 401(k) with company match
