About the role
- Practice Development
- Develop and grow Infosys Consulting's SAP consulting capability for the firm
- Develop and successfully take to market SAP offerings that are tailored to the Manufacturing industry (2-3 "big bets" in first year)
- Build out team, IP and tool set to deliver offerings
- M.B.A or equivalent advanced degree 20+ years of leadership experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience with an industry or service offering focus.
- Big 4 or equivalent firm experience in a Partner Capacity
- Global Delivery Model experience
- Knowledge of and experience in:
- Traditional and emerging SAP solutions and packages; must know S/4HANAERP (SAP) redesign/continuous improvement/automation
- Track record of thought leadership in SAP and Manufacturing space, as expressed through publications, speaking engagements, conference presentations, etc.
- Strong network in SAP and Manufacturing space which can be leveraged to recruit additional talent.
- Excellent client relationships at executive level, that can be leveraged to develop new business.
- Demonstrable experience expanding services and revenue within a client.
- The range of total compensation (Base + Bonus) for this role is $422,000 to $615,000. Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Infosys employee you are also eligible for the following benefits:
