Job Full Description: Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Industrial Painter / Blaster for a growing manufacturing facility. If you have experience with industrial painting, surface preparation, or media blasting and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer. Operate media blasting equipment for surface preparation. Mix and apply industrial paints and coatings using spray equipment. Follow work orders and specifications to ensure quality finishes. Inspect painted surfaces and perform touch-ups as needed. Clean and maintain paint equipment and work areas. Measure, label, and organize completed parts for shipping. Maintain production records and monitor paint inventory. Follow all safety procedures and properly wear required PPE.Support production goals and assist in other areas as needed.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of industrial or structural painting experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience with spray painting equipment, paint mixing, and surface preparation. Ability to read work orders, drawings, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
