About the role
We're seeking an experienced Quality Process Coordinator to manage quality systems, resolve manufacturing issues, and drive continuous improvement. This role works closely with Engineering, Operations, suppliers, and customers to maintain quality standards and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and quality metrics. Lead supplier audits, corrective actions, and non-conformance investigations. Perform inspections using CMMs, Faro Arms, micrometers, gauges, and laser measurement tools. Analyze quality data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Partner with Engineering and Production to troubleshoot and improve processes. Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
Requirements:
4+ years of manufacturing quality experience.2+ years of leadership or project leadership experience. Strong ISO 9001, GD&T, CMM, and precision measurement experience. Experience with supplier quality, audits, and corrective actions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing degree preferred. Lean/Six Sigma, Poly Works, or PC-DMIS experience is a plus.
