- Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
- Lead solution design, configuration, support, and optimization activities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Configure and support key SCM modules including Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Master Planning, Product Information Management, Sales Order Management.
- Troubleshoot functional issues.
- Power Platform Solutions Design, develop, and support business solutions.
- Build low-code/no-code applications to streamline and automate business processes.
- Create automated workflows that integrate business applications.
- Develop dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.
- Integration & Application Connectivity Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical teams to define integration strategies and solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, data synchronization failures, and interface exceptions.
- Support data migration, master data management, and system interoperability initiatives.
- Participate in solution architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
