Role Description:
The Retail Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. In this position, the associate greets customers, provides product guidance, and supports a friendly, engaging in-store experience aligned with Feste’s brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with purchases, answering product questions, handling transactions, and ensuring the sales floor is organized, stocked, and visually appealing. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, restocking merchandise, and supporting store operations such as opening and closing procedures. The Retail Associate collaborates with team members to meet sales goals, uphold store standards, and foster a welcoming environment for all customers.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and a commitment to Customer-focused Service.
Candidates should possess experience in delivering a high-quality Customer Experience and clear, professional Communication.
Candidates should possess basic Inventory Management skills and attention to detail in handling stock and merchandise.
Reliability in a full-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and collaborating with a team.
Prior retail or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
Pay-rate$19.50/hour
