About the role

Earnest is seeking a Director of Collections to lead end-to-end collections strategy for personal and student loan portfolios. You will drive loss mitigation, analytics, and regulatory-compliant improvements while balancing customer experience and efficiency. You will report to the Head of Risk and Data Science and shape the AI integration roadmap, setting KPIs and coordinating with Risk, Data Science, Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
