About the role

Superhuman is hiring a Product Manager, Admin & Buyer Experience to own Mail’s admin and onboarding experiences from evaluation to deployment. You will work with IT admins, economic buyers, and internal champions, shaping the product to make Mail easy to adopt at scale within large organizations. You’ll partner with Sales and CS, design for SSO/RBAC and governance, and measure activation and feature adoption to prove business value to buyers.
