About the role
Join a fast-paced moving and relocation organisation delivering complex commercial relocations across the Dallas market. This role manages office & industrial (O&I) moves from planning through final delivery, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to client operations. Ideal for an experienced relocation professional with strong operational coordination and client management skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end planning and execution of commercial office and industrial relocation projectsConduct on-site surveys to assess scope, access logistics, and relocation requirementsDevelop detailed move plans, timelines, and operational schedules for complex office relocationsCoordinate move crews, drivers, and third-party vendors during relocation projectsOversee packing, labeling systems, asset tracking, and inventory control during movesLiaise with client stakeholders including facilities managers and corporate relocation teamsManage elevator bookings, building access, and compliance with property management requirementsEnsure correct handling and transportation of office furniture, IT equipment, and sensitive assetsMonitor move-day operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and minimal operational disruptionResolve on-site logistical challenges and adjust plans in real time during move executionTrack project costs, labour hours, and equipment usage against project budgetsConduct post-move reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement opportunitiesKey Skills & ExperienceProven experience managing commercial office or industrial relocation projectsBackground working for a moving, relocation, or logistics company handling O&I movesStrong knowledge of relocation planning, move sequencing, and asset tracking systemsExperience coordinating moving crews, drivers, and subcontracted labour teamsAbility to manage multiple relocation projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesExcellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
