Role Description: The Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Lodi, CA. This position supports daily office operations, including preparing and processing documents, maintaining records, and assisting with data entry for trucking and logistics activities. The Office Associate will handle incoming calls and emails, provide customer service to drivers and clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate scheduling and paperwork. Day-to-day tasks include basic accounting support, such as invoice preparation, filing, and reconciliation, as well as general administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, organizing files, and updating internal systems. The role requires consistent attention to detail, timely communication, and a proactive approach to supporting office efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage documents, schedules, and daily office workflows.
Candidates should possess basic Accounting skills to support invoicing, record-keeping, and reconciliation tasks.
Ability to use office software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, and data entry tools).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work on-site in Lodi, CA and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or a similar office environment is beneficial but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in office administration, accounting, or business is a plus.
