Essential Responsibilities: Sort materials by manually picking them up from a moving conveyor belt. Payrate is $16 for Afternoon Shift Starts from 1:00 PM 4:00 PM, 10 hour shifts, Mon-Thu or Tues Fri. Must be able to work days, afternoons, or midnights and day shift.
Minimum Requirements: Must be a dependable, self-motivated individual. This job is performed in a building that is heated to some degree. Employees are subject to heat or cold based on outside temperature fluctuations. Ability to stand throughout the shift. Also able to walk, bend/twist, and push/pull. Employees must provide their own safety-approved work boots. Maintain cleanliness of the recycling facility. May occasionally assist by operating hi-lo. Shoveling scrap into various bins for processing. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a continuous basis. Other duties as assigned by Plant Management.
