About the role

To drive sustained business performance, the full-time remote Vice President of Continuous Improvement will partner with senior leaders to align strategy and execution, enhance organizational capabilities, and lead initiatives focused on growth and innovation across a global portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with segment leaders to shape leadership agendas and facilitate business planning, ensuring accountability and execution of critical initiatives Advance operational performance through targeted improvement initiatives and strengthen management practices across teams Coach senior leaders in applying continuous improvement principles, building a culture of shared accountability and capability developmentRequired QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in continuous improvement within a multinational organization Proven expertise in lean principles and experience leading Policy Deployment workshops and kaizen events Demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams, enhancing organizational capabilities across functions Significant hands-on experience in new product development and applying continuous improvement methods to innovation processes Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Marketing, or Operations; a master's degree or MBA is preferred
