About the role

ADP, Inc. is seeking a COS Sr. Director, Client Services to lead a regional service organization within the National Accounts structure. You will report to the Division Vice President of Comprehensive Outsourcing Services and oversee multiple service teams, driving metrics such as NPS, client retention, productivity, and associate engagement. This role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) with ~5 direct reports across several locations.
