Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist PRN to join our dynamic team at Avir at Del Sol in El Paso, TX. As a Receptionist PRN, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors while ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of our healthcare facility. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage and maintain accurate and confidential patient records and electronic medical records
- Coordinate patient scheduling and registration processes
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, waiting room, and adjacent spaces
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesPRN schedule, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
