About the role

LAZ Parking seeks a General Manager of Shuttle Operations at DFW Airport to oversee all shuttle services 24/7. You will lead a large team, ensure safety, reliability, and high customer satisfaction while aligning with client expectations and service-level agreements. The role reports to the Director of DFW Bussing Operations, managing an extensive staff including managers, supervisors, dispatchers, drivers and attendants, and coordinating with airport stakeholders on strategic initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
