What You’ll Do: Lead the Playbook: Design and implement forward-thinking HR strategies that drive team performance, retention, and culture. Recruit Top Talent: Scout and secure A+ talent across all departments. Coach & Develop: Champion leadership development, career growth programs, and succession planning initiatives. Culture Catalyst: Be the driving force behind our energetic culture. Compliance & Strategy: Ensure we stay in bounds with all employment laws and best practices, while driving continuous improvement across HR operations. Employee Experience MVP: Manage employee engagement, recognition programs, and internal communication strategies that keep morale sky-high. What You Bring to the Team:5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth or high-energy industries like sports, entertainment, or startups. Proven leadership and team-building chops. Deep knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and talent acquisition strategy. A passion for culture, people, and performance.
