Executive Assistant | Support C-Level Executive & Team Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support a C-Level Executive and their team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives on managing multiple priorities, building relationships, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-volume meetings for a C-Level Executive and team• Partner closely with a collaborative team• Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expenses• Serve as a key point of contact, managing correspondence and maintaining strong internal relationships• Plan all company events; offsite and onsite. holiday parties• Oversee meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, and team coordination• Support compliance reporting and administrative operations• Partner with a collaborative administrative team to ensure seamless support coverage• Provide proactive support to a fast-paced, high-performing team
Requirements:
4+ years of executive or administrative support experience Financial services experience preferred, but not required Bachelor's degree preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook Experience with Workday is a plus Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion Team-oriented with a proactive, service-minded approach
