The restaurant general manager sets the tone of our restaurants; from our great team members to our exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, wants to grow themselves and others, and enjoys seeing the impact they can have on our business, guests, and team. Responsibilities:
Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
Support the development of a high performing team, leading as coach and mentor
Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures

2-5 years of restaurant experience is preferred
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
