Traveling SuperintendentWe are representing a fast-growing General Contractor seeking a Traveling Superintendent to manage Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) and ground-up projects across the country. This position is ideal for someone with a background in high-end and boutique retail construction who can handle fast-paced project demands, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure top-tier finish quality. The role requires frequent travel and strong leadership on-site, especially in tight schedules and detailed environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations for commercial TI and ground-up retail projects nationwideSupervise subcontractors to ensure high-end finishes and luxury retail standards are achievedReview plans, submittals, and schedules; ensure all work complies with specificationsCoordinate with clients, vendors, and inspectors to facilitate smooth project executionConduct and document jobsite meetings, safety protocols, and daily reportsEnforce project timelines, monitor budget adherence, and support closeout effortsLead final inspections, walkthroughs, and ensure punch list completionUtilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project to manage tasks, reporting, and communicationQualificationsMinimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial constructionExperience in luxury/boutique retail, or similarly detailed projects preferredStrong communication, documentation, and scheduling skillsAbility to interpret plans across architectural, MEP, and finish tradesProficient in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)Must be willing and able to travel nationwide as requiredCompensation + BenefitsCompany vehicle allowance and fuel cardMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid vacation and sick timeLaptop and phone provided
