About the role
Job Description:
- Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is currently hiring a Lead Aftermarket Coordinator for their East Cleveland warehouse.
- In this role, you will handle and process incoming donations, control inventory, and support the salvage workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience driving a forklift, be comfortable working with a team, and be capable of leading the work of others within their department at the warehouse.

- Specific Experience/Skills/Abilities:
- Tow motor experience preferred
- Ability to judge distance, speed, and movement of objects
- Ability to monitor indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
- Ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer), and adequate distance to guide the parking of vehicles
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
