About the role

The Home Depot is seeking a Director of Product & Engineering to frame and drive strategic projects that support Private Brands growth. You will lead NPD opportunities and leverage your team to support Merchandising and product development. You will coach talent, oversee value engineering and costing models, and coordinate strategies to expand Product and Engineering support for PB growth. This is a senior leadership role with 5 direct reports and travel expectations.
