About the role
Getlabs is seeking a driven Senior Trust and Safety Manager to build and own the Trust & Safety program protecting our field workforce of phlebotomists who visit patients' homes and collect labs. You will partner with Legal, Privacy, People, Field Ops and Product to surface risks, craft policies, deploy safety tools, and educate the organization on safe practices as we scale.
