Residential/Commercial Painter Helper

Job Summary: We service multiple areas including but not limited to Kirkwood, CA; Capay, CA; Chico, CA; Oroville, CA; Paradise, CA; Hamilton City, CA; Orland, CA; Willows, CA; Corning, CA. We are in search of a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Painter Helper. Little to no experience is needed! In this role, some of your job responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing and cleaning surfaces for painting, filling holes and cracks, assisting in mixing and the application of paint, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn from our experienced team. Your work will involve a range of projects, including both interior and exterior painting jobs for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities: Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment Getting yourself to and from the job sites Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks

Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, good driving records, and reliable transportation to commute between job sites Smartphone with data plan (compensated) Positive attitude Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs to 75 lbs of equipment Able to stand, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, climb, carry, and crouch Must be comfortable with heights Applicants are advised that background checks will be conducted prior to employment.
