About the role
Seeking a Nebraska Licensed Civil Project Manager, the full-time position will manage client relationships, lead civil engineering projects, and drive business growth while offering flexible work arrangements, including remote options.
Key responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with municipal, public-sector, and private clients throughout Nebraska
Serve as Project Manager for a variety of civil engineering projects, leading teams from pursuit through design and construction
Identify and pursue new project opportunities while preparing project approaches, scopes of work, and fee proposalsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Nebraska or ability to obtain licensure
Experience managing civil engineering projects and client relationships
Proven ability to develop business opportunities and prepare winning proposals
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing project budgets and schedules
