This is a critical enterprise leadership role responsible for driving a structured, two‐phase transformation designed to improve scalability, consistency, and speed to market. This position operates at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, operations, supply chain, and commercialization, requiring a highly collaborative and disciplined leader capable of delivering enterprise-wide change.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesTransformation Phases: Phase 1: Portfolio Unification & StandardizationPhase 2: Program Management Office (PMO) & New Product Introduction (NPI)Phase 1: Portfolio Unification & StandardizationLead cross‐functional, multi‐business initiatives to unify overlapping product offerings across DFS, CTS, and MEGAEstablish governance frameworks to guide standardization vs. differentiation decisionsDefine and assign clear ownership for each product familyDrive standardization of architectures, bills of materials (BOMs), control systems, and technical documentationDevelop and manage program charters, milestones, and executive reporting across the enterpriseCoordinate strategic sourcing initiatives and align control system standardization effortsPhase 2: PMO & NPI LeadershipDesign, implement, and scale a centralized Program Management Office (PMO)Define standardized methodologies for New Product Introduction (NPI) and investment programsLead and oversee priority NPI programs across the Media Supply portfolioEnsure alignment of all programs with market segmentation, voice of the customer (VOC), and approved business casesEstablish and enforce stage‐gate processes, execution rigor, and commercial readiness standardsKey InterfacesProduct ManagementEngineering & Research and DevelopmentOperations & ManufacturingSupply Chain & Strategic SourcingQuality & RegulatorySales & MarketingExecutive LeadershipSuccess MetricsReduction of overlapping SKUs and product platformsIncreased standardization, scalability, and operational efficiencyImproved margins and overall cost structureConsistent on‐time, on‐scope delivery of NPI programsStrong portfolio governance and adoption of PMO processesShow your expertiseRequirements8–12+ years of experience in program management or engineering program leadershipProven success leading multi‐site, cross‐business initiativesExperience in semiconductor equipment, media supply, or capital equipment industriesStrong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsEngineering or other technical background preferredContact: You want to be part of the Exyte team?
