Cross-Border Freight Sales Executive (Mexico, Canada, U.S.)Phoenix, Arizona, United StatesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cross-Border Freight Sales Executive. This role is ideal for an experienced logistics sales professional with a proven track record in freight brokerage, transportation sales, or 3PL services. The ideal candidate will bring a book of business with existing client relationships and will focus on expanding revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and maximizing cross-border freight opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate & Close New Business: Identify, target, and secure new freight customers for cross-border shipments across Mexico, Canada, and the U.S.Leverage Existing Book of Business: Bring an active client base and continue growing revenue from those accounts.Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and distributors in various industries.Negotiate Competitive Freight Rates: Work with internal pricing teams, carriers, and brokers to offer cost-effective, high-margin solutions.Consultative Selling: Understand each clients supply chain needs and tailor custom freight solutions to optimize their operations.Coordinate with Operations Teams: Ensure smooth execution of booked loads by working closely with dispatch and carrier partners.Stay Updated on Trade & Compliance Trends: Keep up with USMCA regulations, customs requirements, and freight industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet revenue and profit goals, with high earning potential through uncapped commissions.QualificationsProven Freight Sales Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or 3PL sales.Active Book of Business Required: Must bring a current portfolio of clients in cross-border freight (Mexico, Canada, U.S.).Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of LTL, FTL, intermodal, and expedited shipping solutions.Customs & Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with cross-border trade regulations, USMCA, and import/export procedures.Exceptional Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to identify prospects, close deals, and maximize profitability.Bilingual (Preferred): English & Spanish (French a plus).CRM & Freight Tech Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems, TMS platforms, and freight quoting tools.Self-Starter with Entrepreneurial Drive: Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company goals.Why Join Us?Uncapped Earning Potential: Base salary + aggressive commissions structureIndustry Leader in Cross-Border Freight: Work with a top-tier logistics companyHigh Growth Opportunity: Fast-track career advancement based on performanceRobust Support & Resources: Strong carrier network, tech tools, and operational backingHow to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience to our internal site.We look forward to hearing from driven professionals looking to make a significant impact in cross-border logistics!
