Professional Search Network (PSN) is growing and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our team. The weekly schedule is 1 day in-office & 4 days remote. At PSN, you’ll join an experienced, collaborative recruiting team where hard work is rewarded and success is celebrated. Overview of Responsibilities: Recruit, screen and interview candidates for temporary, consulting and direct-hire opportunities Build and maintain a strong network of talented professionals Match qualified candidates with opportunities that fit their skills, experience and career goals Collaborate with our sales team to generate additional opportunities for your recruiting desk Maintain consistent communication with candidates and consultants throughout the hiring process Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business, referrals and placements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of staffing, recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Temporary staffing and/or consulting experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, constantly changing recruiting environment
- Experience recruiting for corporate, white-collar positions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive and driven by results
- A positive attitude and a good sense of humor
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
