In addition to preschool programs, Pusteblume offers after-school and camp programs, which are open to students from other schools, creating a diverse community of learners.
Role Description: The Administrator/ Floater at the Spanish/German Preschool will handle day-to-day administrative operations to support the smooth functioning of the school. This full-time or part-time, on-site role will also include jumping into a classroom as needed.
Qualifications: Background in Education with an understanding of early childhood settings and preschool operations. Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with families, staff, and external partners. Demonstrated Customer Service abilities, providing respectful, responsive, and professional support to families and visitors. Capacity for Educational Leadership in an administrative support role, including reliability, initiative, and collaboration with school leadership. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in recordkeeping and scheduling. Comfort working in a multilingual, multicultural environment; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and school management systems.
