About the role
Verisign Inc. is building a new engineering team to establish and operate an on-premises AI and LLM platform. The Principal Engineer will be the senior technical authority guiding architecture, tooling, and production readiness in an enterprise setting.
The role combines strong systems engineering with practical LLM knowledge, developer tooling, and AI-assisted workflows, influencing long-term direction while maintaining Protect/Grow/Manage principles. Hybrid work is available from Reston, VA.
