Overview: Sr. Client Services Chicago - Onsite
About The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Client Support Analyst to support institutional clients on our proprietary low-latency trading platform. This full-time role reports to the Head of Desk Support and is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced trading environments.
What You'll Do:
Provide Level 1 & 2 trade, system, and integration support, including: Client support for trading applications, Troubleshooting trade flow and connectivity issues, Investigating order routing, performing QA on internal tools and algorithms, Assisting with client onboarding, Collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Development, and mentoring junior analysts.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (Finance, Economics, Math, or Computer Science preferred)3+ years of experience with FIX, SQL, Python, C#, and US equities/derivatives/futures markets
- Ability to obtain SIE, Series 3, 7, and 63 within 6 months (preferred if already licensed)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Chicago-based as this in an onsite roleOOJ-1464GSkills:
