The salary for this position is between $235k to $310k. Experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation is required.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in both patent prosecution and IP litigation. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines [graduate degree and/or industry experience is preferred]. State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice. Admission to practice before the USPTO. Excellent writing and verbal communication as well as strong analytical skills.
