Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is looking for CNC Machine Operators to work 2nd and or 3rd shift for a busy manufacturing company based in Meadville Pa.
POSITION: CNC Machine OperatorsSHIFT: 2nd 2pm-10pm & 3rd 10pm-6am PAY: $19 - $26SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Operate CNC machine and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Functions: Safely and correctly operate CNC machine Perform work in accordance with specific job work instructions Accurately identify casting defects to determine if part is acceptable Correctly fix any defects to ensure compliance with standard Accurately use all tools, gauges and instruments Follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy Perform any and all other job related tasks as assignedSKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:High school degree or GED is required; must have CNC training and/or be able to certify to meet standards of operation, care and maintenance of equipment. OTHER POSITION DEMANDS OR REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy. WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL CONDITIONS:Exposed to heat, dust, fumes and noise of foundry floor. Must be able to bend, reach, lift and move up to 50 lbs. without assistance. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Basic PPE Steel toed safety shoes with metatarsal guard Eye protection Hearing protection Must wear goggles or foam-lined safety glasses during some operationsMBS1
