About the role
Yanmar Compact Equipment North America is seeking a Warranty Analyst to process and resolve warranty claims, ensure documentation accuracy, and support dealers with policies and procedures. This role collaborates with internal teams and factory partners to drive timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have:
2–5 years in an OEM warranty environment, strong technical grounding in construction equipment, and proficiency with warranty software and MS Office.
