About the role
Providing essential support to a portfolio of accounts, the full-time Service Delivery Associate will act as a primary contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience through proactive communication, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams, while working onsite.
Key responsibilities:
Act as a contact for assigned clients and support customer platform success activities
Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate client concerns as needed
Monitor client utilization and engagement trends to identify challenges and opportunities for adoption, retention, and growthRequired qualificationsClient-first mindset with strong relationship management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment supporting shared portfolio goals
Expertise in Word and Excel, with proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite
Comfort using CRM platforms and business applications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
