L3, Production Support (Senior)
Technical Skills: 5+ years of application production support experience. Strong troubleshooting experience supporting Java/Spring Boot microservices. Experience supporting Angular and/or React applications. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems architecture. Experience with: Oracle PostgreSQLMongoDBHands-on experience with Open Shift, Kubernetes, Docker, or ECS containers. Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills. Experience using Grafana and enterprise monitoring platforms. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices. Familiarity with Service Now incident, problem, and change management processes.
Preferred Skills: Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architectures, and API management. Experience with application performance tuning and capacity planning. ITIL Foundation certification. Experience supporting financial services or large enterprise environments.
