About the role
- Own marketing strategy, planning, and budget across all channels
- Drive qualified lead generation and be accountable for lead volume, quality, and cost per acquisition
- Manage our existing publisher and dedicated email relationships — negotiating placements, monitoring performance, and scaling what works
- Direct our landing page design resource — prioritizing builds, running tests, and improving conversion rates
- Build clear reporting on funnel performance (CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROI by channel) and present results to leadership
- Identify and launch new acquisition channels (paid media, direct response, content, partnerships)
- Protect and grow the brand — messaging, reputation, and reviews — in a trust-driven industry
- Build out the marketing team as the company scales
- What You Bring 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years leading a marketing function or team
- A track record in direct response / lead generation marketing with clear, measurable results
- Experience managing external vendors, publishers, and agencies
- Strong analytical skills — you make budget decisions based on data, not instinct
- Experience in precious metals, financial services, insurance, or another high-ticket, trust-driven industry is a strong plus
- A hands-on, ownership mentality — you're comfortable being the senior-most marketer in the building
