Overview: Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Manager in the San Jose, CA area. This resource will work within the Corporate Real Estate organization and support the San Jose campus, including 3 buildings. This is a long-term contract with 5 days onsite in San Jose, CA. Base pay range $57.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Responsibilities: Manage expectations of onsite general contractors and service contractors Manage trackers on current and future projects Monthly meetings with IFM 20% of your day will be checking in with the IFM Responsible for how mail gets processed Put out weekly reports to internal stakeholders Communicate proactively with office managers to understand projects, gaps and current issues Follow a process and make process improvements when needed Be highly attentive and accessible Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Industries Semiconductor Manufacturing Nice to have Project management and/or Construction Industry certifications desired Bachelor's Degree preferred Qualifications 5+ years experience working within facilities Experience working within hard services HVAC, backup generator, vacuum and lighting experience Process piping experience Proven track record of following SOPs Able to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders MS Office Suite, Windows, Jira, ServiceNow; ISO compliance Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Pension plan Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave
