About the role
To support a growing solar initiative, the full-time Residential Solar Analyst will manage the processing of solar incentive applications, ensure compliance with program requirements, and develop tracking metrics for incentive performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Process and review state and federal solar incentive applications accurately and in a timely manner
Develop and maintain tracking for key metrics related to solar incentives and publish regular reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate incentive requirements into project workflows and ensure compliance with guidelines
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of relevant experience, with solar energy experience considered a plus
Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and data manipulation
Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write queries
Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to process and technology changes
