Lupoli Companies in Lawrence, MA, is seeking a strategic Director of Finance – Real Estate to lead the financial operations of its diversified portfolio including commercial, residential, mixed-use, and development properties. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and lender compliance, while guiding a 5–8 person finance team and partnering with Asset Management, Development, and Operations to scale growth and ensure GAAP
