About the role
Michelle Wenitsky Interior Design, a growing Philadelphia Main Line interior design firm specializing in luxury residential design, seeks a full-time Office Admin . If you are a self-motivated, analytical, detail oriented, and energetic individual, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities Responsible for coordination of all procurement and billing tasks including but not limited to, daily reports, accounts receivable entries, preparing accounts payable for accountant, and coordinating occasional travel for designers.
Coordinate procurement process including, creating detailed purchase orders to vendors & manufacturers for all client FF&E - (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), follow through on CFA's, strike offs, and final details needed to facilitate our custom orders with vendors.
Tracking all orders as well as coordination of deliveries. Partnering with vendors and manufacturers to meet timelines while ensuring quality of all items delivered.
Developing and detailing of the care and maintenance information on FF&E for each client at installation.
Maintain organization of inventory and office, including supplies, documents, and samples.
Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of administrative experience and procurement experience
MS Office
QuickBooks
Experience with purchasing and procurement process
Must have impeccable communication skills
Must be organized, focused, and thorough
Must be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Personal Effectiveness/Credibility
Candidate must own a vehicle for out-of-office project research, site visits and miscellaneous tasks
