Cook Lead – Food Truck We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cook Lead to oversee daily operations for our food truck. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities include: Leading daily food truck operations, including food prep, cooking, and service Supervising and supporting kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and quality Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ordering supplies Ensuring consistency in food presentation and taste Providing excellent customer service and handling guest interactions professionally Assisting with menu planning and specials as needed Qualifications include: Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role (food truck experience a plus) Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Leadership and team management skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays What we offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Fun, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work in a scenic resort setting Growth opportunities within the team
