Job Overview: Pay Range: $53.00hr - $58.00hr Requirement/Must Have: Over 3+ years of hands-on experience in networking or embedded systems testing (preferably with Wi-Fi routers, gateways, or access points). Linux Proficiency: Comfortable working in a Linux/Unix terminal environments-using core commands, standard tools, shell scripts, and basic Linux process monitoring. Packet Capture & Traffic Analysis: Strong experience using Wireshark, tcpdump, and Wi-Fi air sniffers to capture and analyze network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, ICMP). Test Methodologies: Solid background in Sanity Testing, Stress/Soak Testing, Regression, and End-to-End Functional Testing. Wi-Fi Knowledge: Familiarity with Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be), wireless security protocols (WPA2/WPA3), and common Wi-Fi performance bottlenecks, and WPS. Responsibilities: Perform router firmware validation and testing within networking and Linux systems. Execute sanity testing, stress/soak testing, regression, and end-to-end functional testing.
