Job Description: Remote Call Center Representative - DC, Maryland, Virginia RESIDENTS ONLY $24/hour We are hiring multiple Remote Call Center Representatives supporting a large government healthcare program. Will need to go onsite 3 times during the contract period. Contract is 5 months to up to 5 years in duration. IMPORTANT: To be considered, candidates must participate in a live video meeting with the recruiter using a laptop or desktop computer (not a mobile phone). During this meeting, candidates will complete a brief internet speed test. Must have high speed internet in home office with speed 300mbps or higher for downloads. This position is fully remote for residents of DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Equipment is provided.

Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries Assist customers with applications and account information Navigate multiple computer systems Resolve customer issues during the initial call whenever possible Document interactions accurately

Requirements: Previous call center, customer service, help desk, administrative, or support experience Strong computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced call environment Reliable high-speed internet connection Dedicated work-from-home workspace Ability to travel to Washington, DC for equipment pickup Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
