Strategic Operations Director - MedTech RDS

Overview In this role you will steer strategic priorities and operational excellence for IQVIA’s Med Tech RDS, partnering with senior leadership to align growth initiatives, M&A activities, and day-to-day operations. You will oversee executive reviews, governance, and transformation efforts that accelerate performance and shareholder value. Your work bridges strategy, finance, and corporate strategy, delivering data-driven insights and cross-functional execution. Compensation / Benefitsbase pay range 108,100–300,800incentive plans and bonuseshealth and welfare benefitscareer growth opportunitiesequal opportunity employer Responsibilities Facilitate and execute annual and multi-year strategic plans Coordinate cross-functional strategic planning across regions Monitor initiative execution and accountability against objectives Develop business cases for growth opportunities and allocate resources Support acquisition screening, diligence, and integration planning Lead post-acquisition governance and integration tracking Consolidate KPIs and prepare executive-ready reporting for leadership and Board Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization Develop executive communications and coordination for leadership events Key requirements 10–15 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, corporate development, M&A, or related leadership roles Deep understanding of strategic planning, operations, and executive governance Experience supporting M&A activities and integration management Strong financial acumen and ability to develop executive recommendations Experience working with senior executives in a matrixed environment Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred Executive presence Stakeholder management Strong communication and storytelling Advanced Power Point Excel Data visualization skills
