About the role

Blinds To Go is seeking a Front-End Web Developer who will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality, responsive web designs that align with the UX strategy and UI design in partnership with UX/UI design and the marketing team as a whole. This is an in-person role 5 days/week.
Key Responsibilities: · Develop high-quality, responsive web designs that align with the UX strategy and UI design.· Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern web development tools and techniques.· Collaborate with the UX/UI Designer to ensure designs are accurately implemented.· Work with other members of the marketing team to integrate new features and experiences into the website.· Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the website functions properly across different devices and browsers.· Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices.· Work closely with the marketing team to bring new features and experiences to life on the website.
Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.· 3+ years of experience in front end web development, with a focus on retail and e-commerce.· Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Script.· Understanding of SEO best practices.· Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop and XD).· Understanding of design best practices and coding practices including accessibility.· Experience with front end frameworks such as Bootstrap, React a plus.· Experience with version control systems such as Git a plus.· In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).· Strong collaboration and communication skills.· Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
