Job Description: Mission Control Associate – Autonomous Vehicles
Location: Las Vegas, NV – On-site
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-time Call 269-408-6738 7 AM to 5 PM daily
Position Type: W2 Contract
What You’ll Do: It's basically the air traffic control for robotaxis!!!Work in the Mission Control center supporting Zoox’s self-driving vehicle fleet. Monitor autonomous vehicles from a computer. Watch for vehicle, traffic, and service issues. Troubleshoot basic problems. Create and escalate support tickets. Dispatch field teams when vehicles need assistance. Communicate with different operations teams. Help keep vehicle operations safe and running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For: Dispatch, fleet, logistics, transportation, security, emergency response, or operations experience preferred. Comfortable using computers and multiple systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and able to make quick decisions.
Requirements: Must work full-time on-site in Las Vegas. Valid Nevada driver’s license. At least 3 consecutive years of driving history. Must pass background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report. Must pass computer, typing, memory, and reaction assessments. Typing requirement: 45+ WPM with at least 95% accuracy. Available ShiftsAM: 9:30 AM–6:00 PMTuesday–Saturday Sunday–Thursday Friday–TuesdayPM: 5:30 PM–2:00 AMFriday–Tuesday Training: First 4–6 weeks, Monday–Friday. This is a great opportunity for someone with dispatch, command center, fleet operations, security operations, technical support, or transportation operations experience who is comfortable monitoring real-time activity and solving problems.
