About the role
Job Description:
Receptionist We are seeking an energetic, diligent, amiable, and responsible individual to join our administrative team at Meadow Falls of Madison. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for operating a multi-line telephone system, answering fundamental questions, and completing a variety of administrative duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retrieve messages from voicemail and forward to appropriate personnel. Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notify company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintain security and telecommunications system. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges when/if needed. Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Skills Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Possesses clear verbal and written communication skills. Must be criminally cleared through background check performed by community. Must be detailed-oriented. Must be able to handle stressful situations. Experience preferred but not required. Basic computer skills. Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards. Respectful and compassionate. Good time-management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ethics. Physical endurance. High school diploma or equivalent. Job Types: Part-time evenings
