About the role
IT Software Development Project Manager (AI Initiatives) On-Site/HybridOur client, an award-winning and profitable mid-market services firm, is growing and looking for an IT Project Manager with AI experience. You’ll lead cross-functional projects across AI, software development, and business operations, and help shape how the company uses technology to grow.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to Executive Leadership, you’ll work with teams across the organization, from individual contributors to senior managers. You’ll make sure projects stay aligned with company objectives and run efficiently. This is a hands-on role. You’ll use data analytics, process analysis, and project management to spot risks early, clear roadblocks, and keep work on track. When the team needs help, you’ll roll up your sleeves and pitch in.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead cross-functional projects in AI, software development, and business operations from start to finish
- Keep projects aligned with company goals and executive priorities
- Analyze data and processes to find risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders at every level
- Remove obstacles and step in to support team members when needed
- What You Bring3–6 years of experience in project management, data analytics, requirements analysis, and problem solving
- Hands-on experience with AI projects or initiatives
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- A curious, intelligent mindset and a desire to understand how things work
- A direct, no-nonsense communication style
- A formal PM certification is not required
