Aftermarket Sales Manager – Aerospace ✈️Location: Orange County, CA

Aerospace & Defense We are seeking an Aftermarket Sales Manager to join a growing aerospace manufacturer in Orange County, CA. This position will focus on driving aftermarket growth through customer development, distributor management, pricing strategy, market analysis, and new business development. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial and analytical capabilities with the ability to turn customer and market data into measurable business results.
Responsibilities:
Drive aftermarket sales, bookings, backlog, pricing, margin, forecasting, and overall commercial performance. Manage distributor relationships, inventory, orders, forecasts, pricing, and growth initiatives. Develop new business and identify opportunities to increase market share and expand existing customer relationships. Build relationships with airline, MRO, OEM, and distribution customers. Analyze sales, customer, product, and market data to identify trends and commercial opportunities. Develop pricing strategies, forecasts, business cases, and financial analyses supporting commercial decisions. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Quality to support customers and drive business objectives. Travel domestically and internationally to meet with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred.5+ years of experience in sales, business development, program management, strategy, finance, or a related commercial role. Demonstrated success developing new business, growing existing accounts, and/or increasing market share. Strong financial and analytical skills with exposure to pricing, revenue, margin, inventory, and forecasting. Aerospace, manufacturing, distribution, or aftermarket experience preferred. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Strong customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to travel approximately 25–30%, including internationally.
