About the role
Summary:
The Store Director for the Rodeo Drive boutique is responsible for driving sales and business performance through leadership, operational excellence, and elevated customer service. This role leads and coaches the sales team, oversees clienteling, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and daily reporting while sharing responsibility for the store P&L. The Director implements company procedures and empowers associates to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coach sales team on the selling floor to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Develop and mentor associates, provide training and performance feedback.
Manage clienteling efforts to drive new client acquisition and retention.
Oversee visual merchandising and adjust displays to improve sales.
Ensure compliance with operational policies and retail handbook procedures.
Perform daily reporting and sales analysis; share responsibility for store P&L.
Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink in coordination with operations.
Handle customer issues and facilitate solutions to maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
5+ years of store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
College degree or equivalent experience; proficient digital literacy.
Strong leadership ability to empower teams and drive performance.
Excellent oral and written communication and customer service orientation.
Ability to mediate and resolve customer and staff concerns; foreign languages a plus.
